We get your gearboxes running again and manage the entire process for you, from analysing the wear pattern to ready-to-install delivery.
Custom gears and gearbox refurbishments
Do you have worn or defective gearing parts and transmission shafts or a transmission that needs to be completely refurbished? Usually, you don’t have the necessary drawings or the time to repair the parts yourself or to make new ones. We take over this work completely for you so that your transmission runs perfectly again.

After a detailed analysis of the gearbox, we create an individual renovation concept, which we implement step by step after your approval: measurement and construction, new production or renovation, quality assurance, documentation of the components or the entire gearbox including a functional guarantee.
Do you want to renovate the gearbox yourself? Then we will manufacture your gear parts for you according to a sample or your drawing.

We coordinate all work for you after you have removed the gearbox until you receive it back for installation.
