Our partner network is home to more than a dozen machining experts from all manufacturing disciplines. We manufacture individual pieces and small series of machine parts from metal, plastic and ceramic in a cost-optimized and timely manner for general mechanical engineering and almost every sector of the manufacturing industry; of course, also tempered and ground.
CNC contract manufacturing through a dealer, seriously?
We always want to use the best manufacturing process for you. That’s why we don’t have our own machines, but we do have highly specialized partner companies in Germany and Austria. They manufacture for us so economically that together we are cheaper than if you were to buy directly. We know who can do what best and we put the right people on the right machine for your job.
Easy for anybody?
There are tons of machining capacities, but who can produce what really well and reliably? Do you have the time to take care of the detailed and continuous development and maintenance of a network of machining operators? We have 2 to 3 specialists in each discipline in our network and work with them on an ongoing basis. We therefore know very well who can do what really well. We also know who has free capacity at the moment and can therefore offer at a lower price.
Why DURAPARTS?
It’s really easy to explain: Because it’s worth it for you! You either buy from us more cheaply or, by outsourcing to us, you have free capacity to focus more on what you actually earn your money from. We have been working with our partners for years and know every internal process. If something really isn’t right, we’ll fix it without complaining.
