Instead of continually purchasing new components, the renovation of complex machine parts can often prove to be more economically sensible for the operator. We manage the entire process for you, from the analysis of the wear pattern to the ready-to-install delivery of your renovated machine part.
Repair instead of investing
Many wearparts are so complex and expensive that it is more worthwhile to renovate them than to use a new component. Lead times for new production are usually significantly longer than for a refurbishment process. During the refurbishment process, we can usually also increase the service life.
How does it work?
We analyze your components, including any coatings, using 3D measurements, spectral analysis, hardness tests, and much more. Based on the results, the operating conditions, and your time frame, we make a proposal for renovation. We organize transport to our partner companies, where the renovation is carried out, including quality assurance, and return transport to you, also in express mode if required.
