Wearparts with
hard coatings
We develop and produce wear parts with hard coatings for almost all machines in which wear is so heavy that conventional components made of HB steel are not sufficient. To do this, we either build components out of our customized wearplates or we coat the base body made of steel using deposition welding and thermal spraying; individually tailored to the respective application, ready to install.

How we work?
Wear patterns, operating conditions, materials, processes: We look at everything closely and make suggestions for improvement. We then produce the welding material, the required wearplates, steel base bodies and fixtures. We then assemble the individual parts into assemblies, measure and document, balance, paint and deliver them worldwide, ready for installation.
